Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs
- Supervise and train maintenance staff

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively supervise maintenance team
- Proficient in electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of logic controllers and automation systems
- Ability to fabricate and weld components
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Customer service-oriented mindset to address maintenance requests from staff
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs
