Overview:

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment, interacting with guests and ensuring their stay is memorable.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Skills:

- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
