Hampton by Hilton is Hiring a Front desk agent Near Adel, GA
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent/Customer Service Agent to become a part of our team! You will accommodate guests and work with other departments to ensure efficient operations on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Collect payment from guests
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We are looking for someone to work Friday-Sunday every week. Roughly 24 hours weekly based on demand. Please apply in person.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
