Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction - Handle reservations and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices - Ability to handle guest relations effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and reservations - Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
