Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Breakfast Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Manage the flow of Breakfast and dining area
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kitchen, dining room and Breakfast area.
- Collaborate with front desk and all staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide recommendations on menu items
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services
- Proficiency in using POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
