Hampton by Hilton is Hiring a Breakfast Attendant Near Salem, VA

Responsibilities: - Prepare and set up breakfast buffet according to hotel standards - Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service - Assist guests with any questions or special requests regarding the breakfast offerings - Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals - Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure an adequate supply of food items throughout the breakfast service - Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment to provide hot beverages to guests - Use POS system or cash register to process guest payments for any additional charges Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred - Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices - Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift/move heavy trays or equipment as needed Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
