Responsibilities:
- Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Set up and maintain breakfast buffet area
- Ensure food is handled and served safely and hygienically
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to use knives and other food preparation tools safely
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
