Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Responsibilities: - Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, including arranging tables, chairs, and food displays - Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes - Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed to ensure a fresh and appealing breakfast selection - Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area throughout the shift, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and emptying trash bins - Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about the breakfast offerings or hotel amenities - Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy breakfast hours Experience: - Previous customer service experience is preferred - Knowledge of basic kitchen procedures is a plus - Familiarity with culinary terms and techniques is beneficial - Experience as a delivery driver or working in a fast-paced hospitality environment is advantageous - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a bonus - Basic knowledge of meat cutting or food preparation is helpful but not required If you enjoy providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
