Evening Houseperson:

The award-winning Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities is looking to add a service minded and dedicated individual to our team as Evening Houseperson.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all common areas, public restrooms, hallways, pool/spa, and fitness center at the facility are clean and present an inviting environment for all hotel guests and employees.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Perform daily cleaning of hotel lobby, including but not limited to; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window leaning, disposing of trash, and organizing/arranging furniture.

· Perform daily cleaning of public restrooms, including but not limited to; mopping, polishing fixtures, cleaning toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, stall doors and counters.

· Ensure all restrooms are properly stocked with toilet paper, toilet seat protectors, paper towels, soap dispensers, hand sanitizer, and hygiene products.

· Perform daily cleaning of all hotel meeting areas, including but not limited to; dusting, vacuuming, and disposing of trash as assigned by supervisor

· Perform daily cleaning of fitness center, including but not limited to; dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning mirrors, windows fitness equipment, towel rack, and water dispenser.

· Restock fitness center with clean towels as needed.

· Perform daily cleaning of pool and spa area including but not limited to; cleaning restrooms, shower stall area, polishing fixtures, and removing all soiled towels

· Restock pool area with clean towels as needed.

· Perform daily cleaning of employee break room and restroom

· Perform daily vacuum of all stairwells and hallways

· Perform daily cleaning of windows in all hallway and entrance areas

· Assist laundry attendant daily

· Attend to basic guest requests

· Perform room attendant job duties as needed or assigned by supervisor

· Assist fellow team-members when needed or assigned by supervisor
