Strong 'from scratch' restaurant line cooking experience including grill, saute, fry and cold stations
"Customer comes first" attitude essential
Banquet experience helpful
While experience is important, attitude, willingness to learn and be a team player are most important.
Typical schedule 2-10pm, 3-4 nights a week. Schedule flexibility essential. Some holidays as well.
