Summary of Position

Hammered Crab is looking for competent Restaurant Servers to take orders and deliver them to our guests, maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service.

A Hammered Crab server will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards.

The goal is to accelerate Hammered Crab development by providing customers with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Servers must attend tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Present menus and help customers select food / beverages
• Take / serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen / bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Promote dedication from customers

High School Diploma or GED

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Stand for long periods of time
• Basic computer knowledge
• Food Handling experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with a team
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug free work place.
