The expected start date for the Siloam Springs location will be in October 2022. The Ponca City location is available to start now. The General Manager is responsible for building a strong team of employees who have the main focus of exceeding customer expectations. The General Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in retail or a convenience store environment. They will have the passion to train, coach and engage team members and they are able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities to drive performance and accomplish store/company goals!

Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience with progressive management experience preferred; Retail or convenience store background preferred
Skills: Computer skills, Financial Management, Customer focus, Performance Mgmt, Leadership, Strong Communication skills, ability to operate electronic cash register and other convenience store equipment
