We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and continue our tradition of exceptional service.

Position Overview:

As the Store Manager of Hamm's Tire Center, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of our operation. You will be responsible for managing a team of tire technicians ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the store's profitability. This is an excellent opportunity for a tire industry professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of tire technicians including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing expert advice, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment

.Inventory Management: Oversee tire inventory, including ordering, stock levels, and product assortment, to meet customer demand and sales goals.

Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.

Operational Excellence: Maintain store operations, including scheduling, maintenance, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Financial Management: Monitor and control store expenses, budgets, and financial performance to achieve profitability goals.

Vendor Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tire suppliers and other vendors to ensure product quality and availability.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:Proven experience in the tire industry, preferably in a management role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.Knowledge of tire products and industry trends.Proficient in inventory management and sales strategies.Financial acumen to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Familiarity with tire-related tools and equipment.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive or business management is a plus.

What We Offer:Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 (Salary based on Qualifications/Experience)Possible performance-based bonusesA supportive and family-friendly work environment Generous employee discounts on tires and services Competitive work schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
