Breakfast/Social Attendant Part-Time
Busy newly renovated hotel requires team member who is committed to providing our guests with outstanding customer service.

• Duties include light food preparation, stocking the breakfast foods and beverages, bussing tables.
• Great and welcome our guests with a pleasant dining experience.
• Shifts are 5:30 AM - 11:30 AM Mon – Friday or 6:30 – 12Noon Sat-Sun but may vary based on hotel occupancy.
• Reliability is Essential as this is a TOP amenity for our guest experience.
• Must have cooking experience in a hotel or restaurant.

*** Preparation and Organization is KEY to this position.
Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet in an attractive and abundant looking organized clean and standardized presentation according to brand and IHG standards.
• Prepare foods such as Fruit, Cereals, Coffee, and Juices.
• Set out cold food such as Pastries, Muffins and Cereal for self-service. Refill as needed.
• Prepare hot foods such as Heat & Serve Omelets, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Breakfast Potatoes, Hot Oatmeal, Grits, Sausage Gravy & Biscuits on a rotating schedule.
• Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups and dining ware.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours.
• Prepare and maintain inventory for the following day breakfast. Inform management of low stock. Mark and date food inventory.
