```Duties:```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities for students
- Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism
- Help students with behavior management and social skills development
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist in monitoring student progress and documenting observations
- Support students in small group and one-on-one settings
- Assist with classroom organization and maintenance
