**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Language Arts Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for literature, writing, and language arts education. As a Language Arts Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, teaching grammar and writing skills, and fostering a love of reading in students.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards

- Teach students various aspects of language arts including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills

- Provide constructive feedback to students on their assignments

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation

- Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods

- Conduct research to enhance teaching materials and methods

- Collaborate with colleagues on educational initiatives

- Participate in parent-teacher conferences as needed

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is a plus

- Teaching certification in Language Arts or English

- Proven experience as a Language Arts Teacher or similar role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students

- Familiarity with education administration and classroom management techniques

- Proficiency in copy editing and knowledge of writing style guidelines

- Passion for literature and language arts education
