Time Staffing is looking for an experienced technician working as a Zinc Die Casting and Plastic Injection Molding Die Cast Process Technician.

Job Requirements

• Working knowledge and minimum three years experience in die casting set up and process control.
• Ability to set die cast dies in machine.
• Ability to set trim dies in trim press.
• Understanding of die cast pro
• Ability to oversee the operation of the die cast cell. Able to remove stuck castings, remove solder, adjust die release agent, adjust temperatures, etc.

to produce quality castings.

• Able to make minor trim die adjustments to maintain proper trim.
• Able to work well with others as part of a team.

Pay Rate

$25 $32 per hour

The $25 candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience and have a good working knowledge of die cast setup and process control.

They will need some training to adapt to our processes and machinery.

The $32 candidate should have 10 years’ experience and a complete understanding of setup and process control. The only training will be to familiarize them with our equipment.
