We serve the residents of Hamilton County in more ways than you may realize! As the 513 Bus Relief Coordinator here at Hamilton County, responsible for coordinating and implementing social services activities on a mobile bus platform. This role focuses on providing essential services to underserved and vulnerable populations by collaborating with external providers and community organizations. The Social Program Coordinator plays a key role in bringing social services directly to those in need, fostering community engagement, and ensuring equitable access to vital resources and support.

Summary of Job Duties:

Assists the 513Relief Bus Program Manager with coordinating programming with healthcare and social service systems for 513Relief Bus locations.
Contributes to researching, planning, and developing placements for the 513Relief Bus taking into consideration programming model, bus dimensions, and population needs; responds to and contacts prospective new partners.
Assists with updating and monitoring the 513Relief Bus schedule platform for accurate 513ReliefBus website publication.
Responding to emails and phone calls from prospective location sites, prospective programming partners, and residents to provide information pertaining to 513Relief Bus operations.
Participates in coordination with the Communications team to support 513Relief Bus marketing efforts.
Reviews and approves invoices, and tracks 513Relief Bus expenses.
Provides occasional on-site presence at 513Relief Bus locations as an alternative to the 513Relief Bus Program Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field
two (2) years relevant experience
or equivalent combinations of education, training and/or experience which indicates a thorough knowledge of program/functional area issues and operations, government structure and process and an advanced knowledge of public relations.

Work Location and Hours:

138 East Court St. Cincinnati, Oh. 45202
40 Hour Work Week, generally between core hours of 7:30-5:30
