Our Fairfield office is currently seeking a recruiter to join our team. Great opportunity for a recent college graduate seeking an entry-level opportunity!
Responsibilities and Duties
Researching qualified candidates.
High volume of outgoing calls to recruit candidates to apply.
Interviewing prospective candidates.
Coordinating job placements for candidates.
Account management.
Additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
At least one year of experience in business, sales, retail, or similar.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
**Bilingual a plus.
Strong computer skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Reliable transportation.
