We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Regional Manager – Midwest. Responsibilities include Managing Commercial Foodservice national accounts to achieve Sales Growth goals; Identify, develop, and negotiate strategic national account business opportunities. This position is: Hybrid. 

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Manage and develop assigned national accounts (80/20).
• Manage, train, and support assigned reps and buying group(s) in meeting sales goals.
• Prepare for and actively participate in trade shows, buying group conferences, and trainings.
• Co-op/Marketing Campaign budget management and administration. 
• Strategically identify traditional and digital marketing opportunities.
• Increase market share and brand awareness to drive sales growth.

Requirements of the position include: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 7 years of Sales experience, preferably Commercial Sales.
• 5 years of budget management experience.
• Knowledge of leading-edge digital marketing techniques.
• Ability to deliver profitable results in a highly competitive environment,
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
• Knowledge/exposure to an ERP System and cost accounting/inventory management a plus
