Growing Home Care Agency is seeking a full-time HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Spring Valley office.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for onboarding new hires by efficiently assisting and guiding quality applicants through the application process. In addition, recruiting leads should be proactively followed up with to contribute to the volume of the applicants to be processed.
Thirdly, the candidate will have to properly identify and fingerprint incoming clients while ensuring compliance standards are adhered to.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Onboarding applications
• Ability to proactively follow-up with leads and seek out quality candidates
• Ensure candidates possess the proper skills and documentation to begin the onboarding process
• Ability to prioritize work to meet quotas and deadlines
• Responsible for submitting reports to ensure progress and adequate conversion ratio of leads to quality applicants
• Schedule applicants for exams
• Follow up with candidates on their exam results and coordinate subsequent orientation
• Ensure timely and clear handoff of vetted applicants to Onboarding phase 2
• Reconcile data across multiple platforms
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Service clients who require fingerprinting (backup)
• Other projects as needed

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual in Russian
