• Conduct research, gather data, and recommend revisions to both internal and external (regulated entities and consumers) end-user portals, including landing pages, based upon user feedback, global design standards, and human centered design expertise.
• Facilitate usability testing sessions of releases as needed consisting of internal and external end-users.
• Optimize the main Salesforce user interface elements' look and feel, the placement and layout of these elements, how they are updated and interacted with, and the overall user experience. Incorporate "re"-branding of the website.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of product backlog user stories and planned functionality for adherence to the global design system and provide recommendations and wireframes (as appropriate) for upcoming development activities.
• Utilize the Agile-Scrum software development methodology to deliver Salesforce User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) Human Centered Design expertise.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Certified Salesforce User Experience Designer.
• US Citizen or Green Card EAD required for Public Trust Clearance.
• 7 years of experience in user experience design for large online applications. Previous responsibility for the development of modern, enterprise IT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, systems, solutions, and strategies for Drupal-hosted websites.
• Senior-level experience identifying and solving design problems and working with end users and stakeholders. Subject matter expertise in design and user research processes, techniques and tools; both qualitative and quantitative. Track record of identifying and solving design problems on the Salesforce platform. Experience implementing UX design best practices.
• Expertise in how to build and deploy human-centered experiences on the Salesforce Platform including at least one of the following areas: interaction design, product design, service design, and/or information architecture. Expertise in facilitating usability testing sessions, evaluating content availability, identifying potential gaps, and providing recommendations for improvement
• Understanding of engineering best practices such as source control, automated testing, continuous integration and deployment, and peer review. Background working on cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams that deliver digital products and services in an incremental, user-focused environment.
