Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide acupuncture therapy to patients, focusing on acute pain management and overall wellness. This role requires expertise in patient care, assessment, and aseptic techniques. Private treatment room/s available for rent.

Duties:

- Perform acupuncture treatments for patients with various conditions, emphasizing pain management and holistic healing
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure the safety and cleanliness of treatment environments
- Apply knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness
- Specialize in pediatric acupuncture if applicable
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in hospital settings to provide comprehensive care
- Offer trigger point therapy as part of pain management strategies

Qualifications:

- Valid Acupuncturist license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in acute pain management and patient care
- Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques for maintaining sterile environments
- Familiarity with pediatric acupuncture is a plus
- Ability to work in private clinical settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Expertise in pain management techniques, including trigger point therapy
