Clean Room Environment
**Must train on 1st or 2nd shift for 2-4 weeks**
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for manufacturing and visual inspection of product to meet daily customer demand and the production schedule. This position places high expectations on consistency in following the Company’s quality system. It requires the Manufacturing Operator to be able to read/interpret specifications/requirements, identify errors and issues, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The Manufacturing Operator must be a team-player, effective communicator, and be efficient. The most critical aspect to this position is an unwavering dedication to the quality of the product and safety of the workplace.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
HIRING GUIDELINES:
1. High School diploma or GED
2. 0-3 years of related experience
3. Read and comprehend procedures, drawings, and specifications
4. Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
5. Ability to work with hand tools.
6. Good written and oral communications skills
7. Familiarity with personal computers
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Constantly use hands to finger, handle or feel.
2. Frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach within hands and arm’s length.
3. Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
4. Constant repetitive motion tasks, including pushing, pulling, and reaching.
5. Constant work at close vision.
