Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am until finish
Essential Functions:
Point of contact for drivers
Communicate needs or deviations from norm to drivers
Coordinate PM rotations with GFS and Penske
Fleet walk around report- daily/weekly
Log receipts from drivers to match against weekly com data approval
Weekly CLC approval for Baltimore
Approve weekly corporate card expense report for drivers
Monitor load weights to maintain legality
Boone County PVA for enterprise
Weekly trans meetings with other trans supervisors PTO
Emergency inclement weather meetings
Adjust Samsara ELD log edits to maintain good HOS
Report and record inspections and incidents
Submit compliance documents for each driver - CDL medical card, annual certification of violations, etc.
Coordinate Preventative Maintenance with GFS, TK, Penske, etc.
Manage weekly safety meetings from Nick
Manage monthly GMP meetings from Megan
Coordinating offsite runs Cody schedules
Annual food safety modules for drivers
Manage service for Wheels van - Perkins schedules service appointments.
Potential to load Kalamazoo and ATL on Sunday.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Help load trucks
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment requiring constant walking, ascending/descending stairs or pallet jack platform, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from -30 F to 100 F.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Must be able to work independently or within a team environment.
Must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV).
Stand Up Forklift experience is not required but is welcome
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Basic reading, writing and math skills
Ability to stand for over 8 hours
Able to lift 50 lbs consistently
