Maintains warehouse receiving schedule for dry, frozen or perishable products. May be required to assign loads to doors, balances, purchase orders and process freight handling, billing and payments. Maintains outbound documentation

Essential Functions:

• Schedules inbound vendor freight deliveries in accordance with warehouse capabilities and inventory need

• Assists in PO receiving process by pre-receiving and printing labels as necessary

• Updates PO's in a timely manner and reports any discrepancies to relevant merchandisers

• Audit all receiving paperwork including logs and updated POs

• Ensures Will Call, Courier, and FedEx routes are completed each day

• Work with inside sales to prioritize courier deliveries

• Enter all outbound transfer orders between Halperns' divisions

• Ensure all inbound transfer orders are updated

• Other duties as assigned.
