Because of this wonderful growth, we have an exciting career opportunity for an Office Manager in Atlanta to join our team!

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, possesses an ethical and professional demeanor, and can wear multiple hats to manage their workload while prioritizing various tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

Education

A minimum high school education is required for this position.

Experience

Three or more years of construction industry experience is preferred. Must be a certified DOT driver.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

· Quality communication skills.

· Requires timely response to emails, phone calls and any other communication efforts made to the employee in this position.

· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite, Outlook and any other systems that will be used for the successful completion of projects.

ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS

Responsibilities

· Supervise all current warehouse employees.

· Coordinate staffing in support of the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator’s daily needs.

· Ensure proper inventory is stocked for the warehouse.

· Pull and monitor all materials required to complete a job, day prior to the start of the job.

· Release all job materials and obtain subcontractor's signature for work orders to be completed.

· Responsible for pulling all trim faucets and keeping inventory until trim is released.

· Ensure proper safety measures for all warehouse employees.

· Check all job pulls.

· Inventory and release of hallway-owned personal tools to subcontractors and hourly employees.

Relationships with Others

· Works in a supportive and collaborative manner with the Director of Purchasing.

· Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with other Hallway Plumbing employees.

· Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with external contacts of Hallway Plumbing.

· Coordinates with all other employees in a manner which maximizes overall business effectiveness.

Physical Demands

· Lifts up to 75 pounds from the floor to waist level and able to carry such objects for at least 50 feet.

· Capable of driving and taking various forms of transportation to get to job sites when necessary.

Judgment & Decision Making

· Demonstrates good judgment and reasoning in regard to daily administration of all functions and activities associated with this position.

· Demonstrates good judgment in regard to providing information and advice to the Director of Purchasing in regard to priorities.

· Demonstrates good judgment in regard to escalating issues, which are beyond the scope and control of this position in a timely manner.

· Demonstrates good judgment in respecting the confidentiality of customer and company information.

· Seeks guidance and direction from appropriate members within the organization as may be required in the performance of responsibilities and duties.

Planning & Time Utilization

· Consistently demonstrates the ability to recognize and deal with priorities in a manner related to high level administrative activities and duties.

· Uses available time during any workday in a wise and productive manner to maximize work efficiency.

· Spends reasonable additional time beyond normal working hours as may be required to meet project demands.

· Reads, responds, and takes actions daily on all emails received.
