We are looking for a Shift Leader/Key Holder to oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts. Shift Leader/Key Holder 's responsibilities include managing cash, resolving conflicts and checking equipment. Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
• Schedule employee shifts and assign duties
• Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences
• Train and coach new employees
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
• Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Address customer and employee complaints
• Resolve conflicts between workers
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment

Skills

• Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role
• Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked on the sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock availability
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving store performance

- retail management is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of payroll procedures is a plus
