WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
The QA Engineer works closely with Developers, Product Managers and Delivery Mangers to create and launch product features that delight our consumers. The product focus is on Hallmark.com and the Omnichannel digital consumer shopping experience.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include both manual and automated QA testing of web-based services/products on Hallmark.com working closely with onshore, nearshore and offshore team members. In addition, you’ll provide insight to cross-functional colleagues (e.g., Architecture, Development, Product, UX, Security) about quality assurance requirements and limitations encountered as user experience meets development. You will work with agile scrum teams focused on specific product areas to maintain a high level of quality with a strong QA mindset. Success in this role includes:
