Hallmark Management Service is an onsite food service management company providing residential dining service, catering, and retail operations at some locations. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrates culinary knowledge and techniques with emphasis on batch cooking and presentation
• Accurately completes productions records
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace storing, labeling and rotating product according to our standards
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in our commercial production kitchen
• Provides quality menu items and food products through our company recipe and presentation standards
• Tastes food items to assure they meet our standards
• Exhibits a customer comes first attitude
• Demonstrates culinary math skillsPosition Requirements:
• Background Check
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 40 lbs.
• Requires constant standing and walking

Hours vary 7am-7pm, Weekend Availability required
