Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant at Hallman & Associates located in Norman, OK. The Legal Assistant will work closely with our team to perform tasks related to legal document preparation, communication, and administrative assistance. The role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm and ensuring smooth workflow within the legal team.
Qualifications
- 3 years previous office experience required
- Proficiency in Law and legal procedures
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and drafting
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Administrative Assistance skills, including organization and time management
- Excellence in customer service and multitasking
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree, Legal Studies, or related field experience is preferred
