Job Overview:
As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting in lawn and landscaping maintenance of residential lawns and commercial properties.

This position will be Full-Time and will require a lot of drive and persistence. Day-to-day work is physically challenging and you should be able to adapt to any expected and unexpected changes in working conditions.

Experience is not required and we are willing to train the right candidate. However, prior knowledge and experience is preferred. Training can and will be provided on job-specific tasks and safety protocols.

Please keep in mind that this job is performed outdoors. Your schedule can and will change based on weather conditions.

Lawn Care Crew Member Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to use mowers, weed-eaters, blowers and other common tools or equipment to trim grass, edge lawn areas, perform clean-ups, etc.
• Operate leaf blowers, gathering grass and hedge trimmings for removal.
• Picking up, disposing, or removing all trash or debris that is needed.
• Assisting in the loading, delivery and laying of mulch, pine straw, and various kinds of pebbles/rocks for landscaping services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and new or potential clients. Along with maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude on all properties.
• Be able to carry out duties and responsibilities in all weather conditions that are workable.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and transport vehicles.

Lawn Care Crew Member Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Be physically able to lift at least 50 pounds or more. Also should be physically able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance. (not required)
• Must have the willingness to learn and take orders well, have the ability to perform duties and responsibilities without direct supervision, pay close attention to detail, and follow directions.
• Required to work 1-2 Saturday’s a month, *if needed*, due to missed hours/days that may occur due to weather conditions. We will never work on a Sunday.

Hours, Compensation and Benefits:

• Hours are primarily 7am-4pm Monday-Friday. However, those days and hours could be subject to change based upon weather conditions.
• Pay will be discussed during the interview process. Pay will also be based off of experience and performance.
• Pay will be given weekly, every Friday by noon.
