Hall County Sheriff's Office is Hiring a Deputy Sheriff Near Grand Island, NE

The Hall County Sheriff's Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Deputy Sheriff. Applicants must meet the following requirements: 21 years old by date of appointment, high school graduate or equivalent, good driving record with the ability to obtain a valid Nebraska Driver’s License. Must also pass written, oral, physical fitness and psychological exams, drug screening, and a thorough background investigation. Must be able to pass all entry requirements of the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center. Wages are on a 9 step pay scale: 29.34 to 37.52 per hour and comes with a complete Benefit Package to include FREE TUITION at any State of Nebraska University, college or community college for employee and their dependents under LB727.
