We are a bathroom and kitchen renovation company in Frisco (HalfPriceBaths.com) seeking to hire a Vice President of Sales. We do not train you. We pay you. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has been a custom home builder and who runs their own crews and deals with the customer, plus has experience with being responsible for sales and driving revenue for the company.
You will sell the job and hand it off to build. You will introduce the crew to the customer at a pre construction meeting that the owner of the company will sometimes attend and it will serve as the "hand off". You will never see the customer again if you're doing your job like it was intended to be done. If the owner is required to meet at the jobsite after the sell and help manage the project in any capacity, you will forfeit $1000.00 of your pay for that job.
We expect you to sell 4-8 new jobs per month and your pay depends on reaching certain milestones on each project. You will earn between 2,000 per job sold and up to 3500 per project if you sell and manage the entire project start to finish. In either capacity, you will be required to deliver excellent customer service, ensure the customer pays on time, and that you receive a 5-star review.
Your income is projected to be up to 288,000 or as low as 96.000. You will pay for your own gas. You will be given a truck allowance after 90 days to buy whatever truck you want that will be wrapped in our company name. When you leave the company, you will be responsible for making your car payment. The car is in your name not the company's.
Here is how your payout breaks down: 

We sell projects for labor only 10000-12000 to the customer. If you're not interested in this type of budget conscious customer and in this type of market, please do not apply. We know the market well. This is what customers want to pay. 

Please do not apply if you do not have previous residential construction experience in North Texas as an owner of a company, or if you do not have a demonstrable, verifiable history of selling, building and remodeling custom homes. We hire slowly and fire quickly. If you are serious about your career in residential construction, have years of experience managing your own crews that trust you and like working for you, are focused on taking care of the customer, and treat the crews with kindness and respect, this could be the last job you ever need to take.
