Are you social? Do you enjoy meeting new people and being active on social media? This is the job for you!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with the sales team to grow the agency. You will also be responsible for creating relationships with referral partners. Not only do you get to aide in defining the brand and gain a ton of experience but you are there to generate leads for the agency.
Must be familiar with: Facebook, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Tiktok, Canva, and Google.

Responsibilities
- Content creation for the agency including posts, graphics, videos, reels, TikTok's, and more to use in marketing efforts for agency
- Regularly posting with a minimum of 3 times per week on social media sites
- Maintaining consistent brand for agency and creating new areas of growth
- Generate new leads for insurance from social media outreach
- Confidently network with new businesses to solicit Commercial Insurance opportunities
Requirements
- Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
- Proficient in Canva
- Proficient in Facebook Ad Campaigns
- Willingness to work
- Initiative and self starter
- Constantly creating and making new marketing ideas in the ever changing industry
