1st Shift Monday-Friday Maintenance/Facility Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Manage the budget for facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment and product inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives to reduce costs and improve sustainability.

```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures.
- Experience with low voltage systems,
- Strong organizational skills ( we follow 5S)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions.
