Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital files efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist with general office duties such as answering phones and providing front desk support.
- Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Suite and Clio Grow/Manage
- Ensure accurate filing of documents and records
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed up to and including court runs, mailing documents, making copies, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in file management and organization
- Computer literacy with experience using software like Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and other office applications
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office operations and procedures
- Ability to handle order entry tasks efficiently
- Experience with personal assistant duties is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems is advantageous
