We are looking for a leader who can work with a diverse team in a fast paced environment where focus and productivity are required. Our Warehouse Manager must be capable of supervising and coordinating the daily operations of our warehouse and resolve any problems that may arise. You must have superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks while completing each of them in an efficient manner, while also having a strong awareness of the changing seasons and be able to predict demand based on trends. In addition to this, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, monitoring employee performance and ensuring the safety of our drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Order merchandise for shipment to customers.
• Monitor warehouse security and safety policies and procedures.
• Inspect job performance of warehouse personnel.
• Hire, supervise, and review job performance of warehouse personnel.
• Ensure that warehouse maintains necessary inventory levels to meet customer demands.
• Supervise the purchasing of inventory.
• Communicate shipping policies to employees.
