The Intern will work closely with the operations team, performing administrative tasks and providing assistance with projects as needed. This is a time bound internship starting in May and ending in July. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily operations and administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory managementAssist with customer service tasks, such as responding to customer inquiries and processing ordersMonitor and track inventory levels, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely mannerAssist with the development and implementation of operational processes and proceduresAnalyze and report on operational metrics, such as inventory levels, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillmentAssist with special projects as needed Requirements and QualificationsWorking towards a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
