Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our team. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our animal patients. Duties:
- Assist veterinarians in routine examinations and surgical procedures
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
- Handle and restrain animals during procedures
- Conduct animal catheterization when necessary
- Provide grooming and basic care for pets
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and nutrition

Requirements:
- Certification or Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology
- Proficiency in animal handling and restraint techniques
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Experience with animal physiology and anatomy
- Ability to perform laboratory tests and analyze results accurately
- Strong communication skills for interacting with pet owners and team members

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in pet grooming and care
- Familiarity with veterinary software systems
- Previous work in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting
