**MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES:**

- Achieve new business volume and revenue goals

- Conduct thorough hair loss assessment and match the client needs with the appropriate solution(s)

- Maximize all clients experience to exceed their expectations from first contact and follow up after service is received in Center

- Ensure client profile is accurately maintained

- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

**MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION:**

* Collaborate with Center Team to provide client a seamless transition from virtual to in-center experience to ensure clients expectations are exceeded

* Collaborate with Center Team to provide detailed client relationship notes and a warm handoff to Center Team

**KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:**

- Ensure All Initial Sales are Efficiently Fulfilled

- Meet or Exceed Dollar per Sale

- Meet or Exceed New Client Volume Goal

- Meet or Exceed Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* At least three (3) years of consultative sales and long-term client relationship experience

* Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a high-touch business to client environment
