We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Hair Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist. This role requires a combination of customer service skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will assist our stylists with various tasks and provide exceptional service to our clients at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Greet clients and provide excellent customer service

•⁠ ⁠Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar

•⁠ ⁠Assist stylists with shampooing, cutting capes, and preparing clients for their services

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organized salon environment

•⁠ ⁠Handle retail transactions and promote salon products to clients

•⁠ ⁠Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

•⁠ ⁠Follow salon policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated on latest hair trends and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in a salon or customer service role preferred

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of hair care products and services
