Responsibilities:
- Drafting shell complaints, discovery, pleadings, and correspondence
- Cite-checking, proofreading, and filing pleadings
- Communicating with clients regarding case updates and information
- Organizing documents and files
- Summarizing deposition transcripts
- Assisting in the preparation for hearings, depositions, and trial
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
