Hahn Group is Hiring a Service Technician/Delivery Driver Near Hudsonville, MI
- Maintain a schedule for routine service visits and schedule product delivery with service calls
- Stock parts in your vehicle according to the customer/tool population included on that schedule
- Offer customers information related to new products or company promotions upon service visits
- Produce quotes as needed.
- Maintain customer contact for service and product needs and communicate any changes or concerns to the service manager or assigned sales representative
- Arrange delivery of products and equipment
- Ability to repair or replace defective equipment parts using the necessary tools and equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance for customers
- Diagnose mechanical problems- ability to read schematics
- Conduct tool inventory at customer locations as required
- Communicate parts needs to appropriate buyer
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Receiving
- Shipping
- Putting Up Stock
- Pulling orders
- Delivering customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Making inner store product transfers along with outside customer job site deliveries
- All other responsibilities assigned
- Familiarity with Max rebar, high pressure pneumatics and compressors, Lesnick, AMP, Hot melt applicators
- Excelling customer service
- Fluent Spanish (Not Required, but would be a plus)
- Work within the Product Distribution Network, Purchase, Inventory Mgmt., accounting, and operations
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs.
- Clean driving record
- Creative Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, and communication skills
- MS Office Applications & Internet Usage, Project/Outlook.
