DutiesAnswering the Learning Technology Help Phone. Assisting instructors with classroom audio-visual equipment problems. Performing periodic Preventative Maintenance (cleaning) of the audio-visual equipment in the classrooms (on and off-campus locations) and inventory. Computer cart set-ups & and retrievals on campus. Assisting with equipment installation in classrooms. Support of campus events (equipment set-ups, teardowns, and providing technical support). Videotaping of ceremonies and events on campus. Other duties as assigned.
