General labor - Assembly Technician

Hagbros Precision is searching for a results-oriented individual with high energy and organizational skills. Those candidates meeting the below listed skills and attributes need only apply.

Overtime may be required at times as business necessitates.

Requirements:

• Assembling products following instructions and designs
• Loading materials and unloading finished products
• Halting production when quality defects or equipment malfunctions are identified
• Carefully following procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintaining an accurate log of production and equipment problems, adjustments, and repairs
• Using tools and equipment with proper care.
• Punctuality

Qualifications:

• Ability to use a variety of hand tools, electric and other
• Exhibit manual dexterity (ability to use your hands in a skillful, coordinated way to grasp and manipulate objects and demonstrate small, precise movements)
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting (up to 50lbs)
• Ensure a safe work environment following all safety procedures
• Can establish priorities when needed for highest effectivity and maintains poise in stressful situations

Machine Shop Work Shifts:

• Day 1: Monday-Thursday: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Evening: Monday-Thursday: 4:00 pm – 2:30 am
• Fridays and weekend overtime pay available
