Job Description
Responsible for maintaining Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms along with floor and counter sales of other Hunting Merchandise. Must support a strong commitment to world-class service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
Experience/Qualifications/Duties
oHave knowledge of Firearms (Rifles, handguns, shotguns, optics, ammunition and shooting accessories.)
oAssist customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers needs and making
product recommendations based on that analysis.
oExperience with ATF form 4473 and ATF preferred guidelines.
oMust be at least 21 years old to sell Firearms & Ammunition
oAble to read and understand firearm serial numbers.
oRemains product proficiency through ongoing product knowledge training.
oAssists with Seasonal Floor Merchandising.
oKeeps work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies.
oKeeps alert to any security issues and notifies management immediately.
oAlways maintains department/vault security during business hours.
oFollows all company policies and procedures.
oComputer skills (Microsoft outlook, excel, FDLE background website, Epicor)
oMulti-tasking (phone calls, store radio communication, computer, face to face with customers)
