Description
Drive continuous improvement with the CAPA activity.
Supervise the activities to label and assemble reagents for finished goods inventory.
Maintain departmental performance metrics to guide the improvement opportunities.
Supervise receiving goods and shipping goods via courier.
Assure accuracy in stores and finished good inventory.
Direct the maintenance of shipping and consumables logs.
Assist with answering phones.
Maintain shipping and packaging supplies.
Direct packaging and shipping analyzer orders.
Schedule jobs (work orders) and responsibilities for the team daily and weekly while monitoring consumable production and stock levels.
Prepare, organize and inspect travelers and related paperwork.
Handle internal and external stock requisitions.
Tabulate daily order quantities that ship.
Review orders as they are released from Sales.
Other job functions as required.
Supervise departmental associates, provide training and development, and disciplinary action as appropriate.
Identify skills and flexibility of associates and provide cross-training as appropriate.
Develop and maintain an effective organization through the selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination and review of all departmental associates.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
Prior shipping / receiving experience, required.
Computer literacy, required. (Microsoft Outlook, and Teams)
Oracle, or other ERP experience, preferred.
Prior inventory management or cycle counting experience, preferred.
