Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Print Technician to join our fast-paced environment. As a Print Technician at WPE Production, you'll be at the heart of our operations, delivering outstanding customer service, executing precise print jobs, collaborating with our events side of the business, and ensuring timely fulfillment of online orders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide unparalleled customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to process files for printing and perform light graphic design tasks with precision.
• Operate printing equipment efficiently and effectively, maintaining optimal output quality and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Demonstrate the ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 80lbs safely and with care.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate the fast-paced nature of our work environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Keep meticulous track of orders, materials usage, and production metrics to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate closely with team members to prioritize and complete printing projects in a timely manner.
• Be available to work weekends as required to meet the demands of our busy schedule.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, as well as occasional delivery of prints to customers and pickup/delivery of event rental items.
• Focus on online orders, ensuring timely processing, and shipping out orders to customers with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for file processing and light graphic design tasks.
• Experience operating printing equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 80lbs safely and efficiently.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Weekend availability is a must to accommodate our busy schedule.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.33 - $23.28 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
