HADC Services, LLC is Hiring an Overnight Resident Assistant - The Meadows Near Wadena, MN

Are you a night owl looking for a rewarding and meaningful position? As an Overnight Resident Assistant at The Meadows of Wadena you will be part of a great team making a difference in the lives of seniors. If you have a heart for seniors, then this is the position for you. Responsibilities for the Resident Assistant position include assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled; performing housekeeping duties; observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition; assisting with meals as directed; and passing medications and supervising resident self-administration. Shifts/Hours:

10p – 6a, 1-2 days a week and every other weekend.

Pay Rate: $17.28 - $19.78- $0.50 for CNA certification and $1.00 for both CNA and TMA certifications!- Shift differentials for afternoons, overnights, and weekends!- Benefits include paid time off and our 403b retirement plan which allows you to begin your contributions immediately upon hire.-Tuition reimbursement available for new CNA and TMA certifications, and other post-secondary education degree programs including nursing.Qualifications:We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.Experience not necessary, we will provide all the training and support you need to be a successful and valuable member of our team.Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility.Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.
